Nick Cannon was born on the 8th of October in the year 1980 in San Diego, California. Nick Canon was raised mostly by his paternal grandfather and also called him dad. He grew up in Lincoln Park’s Bay Vista Housing Projects, a gang-ridden section of Southeast San Diego.
He was also an affiliate with the Lincoln Park Bloods but left the gang after he lost a close friend. In the year 1998, Nick Cannon went on to graduate from the Monte Vista High School, and during his high school days, he was the president of the African Student Coalition and was also actively participated in Track and Field. Nick Cannon first became a stand-up comedian on his father’s local cable access program after which his career began to take off. Nick Cannon was also a student at Howard University in the year 2016 and completed his graduation with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and a minor in African Studies in the year 2020.
