The season 15 of Supernatural was cut short due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic that shut down many productions including several of The CW’s shows that typically operate on much shorter filming schedules to release than other productions.

The majority of season 15 of Supernatural is now on Netflix. It was added to Netflix in the US on June 5th, 2020 but other regions may or may not have already got it.

There have been many prominent people, living, dead, celestial and domestic, who have made an impact on the Winchesters’ lives over the years, but here’s a look at some that may make a comeback and what it could mean for the team.

Supernatural has nearly come to its conclusion. As we await the final episodes of season 15, below we’ll take a look at 5 characters returning for the final 7 episodes.

Adam (Jake Abel)

According to TV Insider, Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean’s (Jensen Ackles) half-brother, Adam (Jake Abel), will be making an appearance in the final few episodes.

While there isn’t much information on what happens to Adam, who is also the vessel for archangel Michael one can expect a confrontation between the archangel and God before the long-running show ends.

Adam was last seen in “Supernatural” Season 15, Episode 8, titled “Our Father, Who Aren’t in Heaven”, where Sam and Dean apologized for abandoning him in hell.

Swallow dropped a hint in a Digital Spy interview that the character Amara will be returning as her storyline doesn’t feel complete yet.

Amara (Emily Swallow)

Amara (Emily Swallow’s) will also return. It’s likely that she will be butting heads with the Winchester brothers. In a previous episode, Sam and Dean were considering killing her along with her brother, God.

Following her appearance in an interview with Digital Spy, Swallow gave some more hints for her character Amara, “It feels like we need to see her again.”

Amara was last seen in Season 15, Episode 2, with God seeking her help, and Amara rejecting her sibling’s request.

Apocalypse World Charlie Bradbury (Felicia Day)

Another character that’s putting in an appearance is Felicia Day’s Charlie. Once again, details regarding Charlie’s return are sparse, but teaser photos released by Entertainment Weekly of the final episodes have confirmed her comeback.

God or just be part of a monster of the week hunt?

Our world Charlie Bradbury (Felicia Day)

Dead characters tend to show up again and again, we can expect the hacker who became a hunter after encountering the Winchester in Season 7 who died three years later, in ‘Dark Dynasty’.

It is quite fitting that one who was like a sister to the Winchester appears one more time before it’s all over.

Uriel (Robert Wisdom)

The angel was killed in Season 4s “On the Head of a Pin” after the reveal that he was trying to free Lucifer.

There were also some spoiler photos by Collins. It’s unclear if we’ll see the Uriel we knew (perhaps in a flashback?) or an alternate version somehow. As for how the show will conclude, Ackles previously said that the ending is “certainly going to feel right and it’s going to feel good.”
