Colson Baker, professionally known as Machine Gun Kelly, abbreviated as MGK, has got a new girlfriend.
The 29-year-old American rapper, singer and songwriter were seen making a public display of attention his new girlfriend Sommer Ray in public. They were snapped at a mall in Los Angeles shopping for Dr. Martens shoes while they were shopping together and were spotted kissing each other.
They were seen holding hands and were being cozy with each other despite the Corona Virus scare. MGK sparked off a rumor of dating Ray a couple of weeks ago when Ray attended his concert and they were found to be very friendly and comfortable with each other.
Ray, aged 23 years, is an American Instagram a YouTube celebrity.
Professionally, MGK started off with his career as a rapper at Harlem’s Apollo Theater where he won twice. He had a difficult start as he still had to work at an American chain of fast-casual restaurants, named Chipotle to afford his rent. His father had thrown him out of the house after he graduated high school. Very soon, he became a father to a child named Casie in 2008.
He was approached by Sean Combs in 2011 for a recording contract with Bad Boy Records. He declared his debut album called Title Up which went on to gain much popularity and adulation by listeners and was listed in the US Billboard Hot 100. Post that, he went on to start an acting career in the movie “Beyond the Lights” in 2014, a romantic drama and star in various other movies The Land, Showtime, a Netflix film Bird Box and The Dirt. He will be seen in a new Hulu movie Big Time Adolescence which was released very recently. He has also acted in various television series.
