No Plan to Have Kids Anytime Soon
Tori Kelly has been married to André Murillo for two years now. The singer has been spending the lockdown with him and talked about how the COVID-19 pandemic has been fruitful for her marriage. Talking to People She said,
“Quarantine has been really okay. It’s kind of hard to say it’s been great. Having the studio in my house has really kept me busy the whole time, just down there recording. André’s been great. He would even bring me food sometimes because I would forget to eat — he’d bring me coffee.”
The 27-year-old singer also talked about how the lockdown makes up for quite a few things that she and Andre missed since they were in a long-distance relationship. Tori added,
“We were long-distance for most of our dating relationship, so to basically be forced to be in the same place together for a long period of time, we couldn’t really complain because we’re so used to being apart. Maybe this is our way of making up for the lost time.”
The singer has been spending most of her time in lockdown, making music and playing video games. She also admitted that, like any marriage, hers too is not perfect and has its ups and downs and that the key lies in growing together. When asked if she has any plans for kids, the singer said,
“We’ve talked about kids, of course. And it’s something that would be, I think so special at some point, whenever we decide. But we’re not in any rush. I think we’re just enjoying being together as a couple, and we have our two little dog babies. So that’s keeping us busy for now.”
