The New Orleans Controversy

The state officials of New Orleans are furious with Mayor LaToya Cantrell as they blame him for the annual event ‘The New Year’s Rockin Eve’ no longer taking place in the city.

Earlier in November, LaToya blamed Lauren Daigle for the chaos at the pop-up Christina event in the city. A video from which showed most people not wearing masks and neither were they social distancing.

And even though a month has passed, the LaToya approached the organizers of the New Years’ event, Dick Clark productions and ABC calling for Daigle to be removed from the performance list. However, Dick Clark productions decided to pull the event from Louisiana and take it somewhere else.
