His mother, Evelyn LittleJohn, was a Saks Fifth Avenue secretary. He lived with his mother and his brother in Bethesda Maryland after his parents got a divorce.
Peter Navarro was a student at Bethesda Chevy Chase High School and he got an academic scholarship to Tufts University. In the year 1979, he went on to earn a Master of Public Administration from Harvard University’s John F. Kennedy School of Government. Under the supervision of Richard E.
