Mark Esper gets fired from Trump’s cabinet
Donald Trump believes in building a fortune for all the republicans. He for sure is paying everyone working under him quite generously but not his cabinet ministers. Not only they ain’t getting paid well as compared to different officials they don’t even have a stable tenure.
According to Forbes,
“In just two and a half years, the president has replaced 12 of his 23 cabinet positions—some more than once. The current lineup includes 17 millionaires, 2 cent millionaires, and 1 billionaire.”
As of 2020, the lobbyist was tapped by Trump to fill James Mattis’ spot after former Boeing executive Patrick Shanahan withdrew from the post. Considering Mark too got replaced, it sets a perfect example of karma.
But can’t really complain, looking at their boss and his recent failure in the US 2020 elections. Amidst not accepting his defeat against the 46th and newly elected president of the states Joe Biden he tweeted:
“Mark Esper has been terminated. I would like to thank him for his service,” Trump said on Twitter, announcing his replacement by Christopher Miller, the current head of the National Counterterrorism Center.”
