Born on March 14, 1984, Congressman Dan Crenshaw is an American politician and former United States Navy SEAL officer. He is serving in the United States House of Representatives for Texas’s 2nd congressional district as a member of the Republican Party for northern and western parts of Houston.
The former officer has had many awards such as Purple Heart, Bronze Heart, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, and many more. Dan Crenshaw was commissioned in United States Navy and served as a SEAL for three years in the War of Afghanistan where he reached the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
The Congressman has also written two books in his career called Fortitude: American Resilience in the Era of Outrage in 2020 and Safety Off: Life Lessons for an Unpredictable and Unsafe World. He was wounded in his right eye because of an improvised explosive device during his third deployment hence the eye patch.
He was elected in the 2018 midterm elections to succeed the retiring Ted Poe whom he served as a legislative assistant.

This isn’t the first time the Republican representative had done something like this. The first time it was for the 2020 election in Texas and it was called ‘Texas Reloaded‘ and at that time it seemed to had worked as he did win the 2020 Texas election with some parts of Houston.
