According to the local news outlet, ABC 8 News, when Belasco’s girlfriend couldn’t reach him after several calls, she contacted the staff of Richmond hotel. Therefore the hotel staff conducted a welfare check, that’s when they contacted the Henrico Police Department.
The actor was quarantined in the hotel as he was about to begin work on an upcoming project. Although the autopsy report is yet to come, according to TMZ, Belasco’s father Bert Sr. thinks his son died of an aneurysm but is still waiting for the autopsy findings.

Belasco first shot to fame was when he featured in the Super Bowl commercial for Snickers alongside Betty White. The commercial ended up scoring the No. 1 spot in the USA Today Ad Meter Poll.
