As Draco Malfoy in the film series Harry Potter, Thomas Andrew Felton aka Tom Felton is an English actor and musician. Felton appeared in commercials and made his screen appearance in 1977 in the film The Borrowers playing the role of Peagreen Clock. Prior to being cast in Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone in 2001, Felton portrayed Louis T. Leonowens in Anna and the King. Felton was cast in seven sequels until the final film, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, and later in 2011 he appeared in the sci-fi film Rise of the Planet of the Apes. Felton was subsequently cast in indie films From the Rough, in 2011 and The Apparition, in 2012.
In the historical miniseries Labyrinth, he was starred as Viscount Trencavel, and in the period drama Belle, he played the role of James Ashford, which released to critical acclaim. In 2015, Felton reappeared as a murder suspect in TNT’s Murder in the First. He also appeared in Message from the King and A United Kingdom, which was premiered at the 2016 Toronto International Film Festival. In 2017, Felton co-starred in the drama film, action thriller, and biographical film, named Feed, Stratton, and Megan Leavey respectively.
Felton recently appeared as the villain in family-horror A Babysitter’s Guide to Monster Hunting released in 2020.
